jD's reconnect feature only tries to obtain a new IP address when it is needed (long waiting times) and no non-resumable downloads are going on.

Hmm, in something_for_example.bat i change my MAC address and restart ehernet card (devcon.exe) to obtain new IP.Thats is good for me, works perfectly with USDownloader.

The reconnect will be performed only when it is needed to. Why would you want to change your IP when it is not needed?
Anyway, these two blue arrows will do the trick manually.

In a previous post you said the reconnect works in jD. Why do you want to change anything?

How not needed ?
Download is finished, next file waiting in queue and Jdownloader waiting (why) 15 minuts (RS) instead of execute my program?

I saw in your screen dump that your reconnect feature was enabled. Is it still enabled?

Does your reconnect really work in jD?

We also support Polnish JD, you know that?
Please answer remi's question, that's what I'm wondering, too.
If everything is activated and linked properly (the path to your exe file) then I don't know why it shouldn't function.
You may need a teamviewer session to solve this.
Anyway, wrong forum: moved --> Reconnect.

"Use special executer for windows" in this field? This field is selected.

Path for bat file is selected.

To explain-this is not my picture-quickly I found it in google.
But it shows my settings.

You should enable the Automatic Reconnect feature like in the first screen dump. It's the button with the blue circular arrows in the Toolbar that you need to tick.

Greetz & Finally....

PS: Be happy that it stays in background, it would be very annoying seeing it with every reconnect, wouldn't it?

I'll send the bill.

No, you'd better donate to the jD organisation.
