Hi,
I've a problem in downloading fast with MU premium account.

I've a Megaupload Premium Account.

I've inserted username and password in the Megaupload plugin settings.
I've saved changes and restarted JDownloader.
But it always download from ME like a free user, in fact after 3 download I must reset my connection because of IP change.

But with premium account I can download unlimited files with the same IP.

Why JDownloader doesn't consider my MU premium account settings ?

Is it a bug?

Hi,
I've resolved it partially.

Practically I can activate my ME premium account by right clicking in the icon in the left down corner.

But when I close and reopen JDownloader these settings doesn't remain.

what premium account do you have? normal , platin?
pls give me a logfile (loglevel all) from fresh start and wait until your account gets deactivated

Besides, many times during download with Premium active, I'll receive "Connection lost" and "Connection owerflow" error.

I'll do it, this evening.

Anyhow, I've also noticed MegaUpload settings sometimes are lost with iconize and deiconize too.
More precisely, what is lost, is the check on the premium account, not user and pass.
Besides, the Megaupload Premium Account Icon near the QuickSwitch, always disappear after 5-10 minutes.

In this case, just after a few minutes account settings are lost (also ME icon disappeared).

If it can help, I've downloaded file already present in list, before I activate Premium account.

i have the same problem after 10 min downloading the premium user restets, i see in the config and the premium user is unclick so i need to click manualy. i think is a bug

Same problem here:
I have a premium account with Megaupload, I'm running the latest version of JDownloader (the java version in "Other" tab from the download page), Java 6 version, and I'm using Kubuntu 9.04


The procedure goes like this:
1) set my account in the megaupload plug-in
2) Immediately the account turns to disable automatically by JDownloader
3) Then I switch the account to available again
4) start the download
5) after a while the account turns to disable again....

Anyone else have this problem?

Is this related only to Megaupload?

seems like the login function does not work right and account gets reported as non premium after a while.

He is a JD developer so who else could you trust ???

No one who lend a premium account for support of so many hosters has reported an abuse.

I 've just realized that I don't have activated the Direct Download option in the premium menu of my Megaupload account.

Could it be the problem??

Hi,
from this morning my ME premium account in JD results always active.
Practically I've started JD without starting any download;
then I've activated my premium account with the Quick Switch Icon.
I wait for a while, then I've closed and reopened JD, and my ME premium account never disconnect.

I hope this can be useful.

I lent him my account to fix the problem, so I hope he was who did the repair.

I've got the same problem, not only with Megaupload but also with rapidshare, but to be honest I've never noticed the program looses the premium account.
It also gives me sometimes the message - no permissions to write in hd, and connection overflow and download incomplete, which obviously I already know....
Then, no ther way, but reset - nightmare because the file was already on 90% or more...
