Default How to safely stop jdownloader?

How to stop jdownloader without the files that are being downloaded can be damaged, the program warns you of how many Mbs you can lose if you stop it. How to stop it without affecting the downloads?

The warning is shown for downloads that doesn't support resume and has to be started from scratch. Either you wait for those to finish or not. Both doesn't damage the download
