Please provide a debug log. Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader. Now remove/add the account and wait for error to happen and then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post shown logID here

if i post the log here (21.10.21 .... 02851/) can anyone see my fastix account or is this information hidden?

@pol85: only very few (long term, trusted) staff members can look into logs. Debug logs are very verbose and may contain your login/account data as well.
Else you can open the log for fastix manually (you will find in your logs folder) and then remove data and send us that one file to support@jdownloader.org if you like
