Default JD starts downloading disabled files

I have 100 files a 1 GB in my download list. I disable the last 80 and click on the "folder" and click on "force download start" because I have 100 other folders in my download list also.
It starts downloading and also starts downloading the disabled files. This didn't happen 2 months ago.

@0xDEADC0DE: oEFLKQzikCqw is right. "Force Download" will also enable disabled links and try to start them. Just hit the start/play button and JDownloader will just download your links in list. If you want to prefer some links over others, either disable the other ones or use rightclick priority system or change order of the links

And how do you start downloading one folder in the list where a part of the entries is disabled? I thought it worked before like I described.

I'm sorry but that's currently not possible but I will try to add option for it

In meantime best solution would be to rightclick skip the other links (only avaible in downloading mode)
