I restarted before trying a link just now.
I have the NitroFlareCom.class date August 5th, and I still get the error. Any other info I can give you to help? |

Sure thing. I didn't think the log would help since the problem happens on the web page.
Here you go : 08.08.21 06.44.58 <--> 08.08.21 16.21.30 jdlog://1616825302851/ |

I'm unable to reproduce your issue.
According to your log, you simply did not answer the captcha. What happens in between? A browser windows should open where you're supposed to solve the captcha in. -psp-

Same problem, and if you updated the nitroflare.com plugin, I haven't received the update yet, still have the august 5th dated one.

@Citadin
Your plugin revision is fine - it is up-to-date. You can check if your JD main revision is up2date HERE. Which browser are you using? Which version of our myjdownloader addon is installed? -psp-

I'm using Firefox 90.0.2, latest, and the browser extension version is 3.3.10.
Default settings on the extension, I didn't change anything. I don't have a My JDownloader account. This is a new ish problem, maybe a week. I downloaded other Nitroflare.com files before. |

The issue is your browser-extension - it somehow did not update.
You need at least version 3.3.20! Try uninstalling- and re-installing our myjd extension in your Firefox and check if it updates. We do offer 3.3.10 at this moment but it should instantly auto-update to 3.3.20... If all of this fails and you're unable to find out why your extension is not auto-updated, please try using a current version of chrome for captcha solving. Just in case you want to use Chrome only for captcha solving but not as your main browser, check this guide. -psp-

I updated to 3.3.20 and it worked immediately.
I don't see a more recent version than 3.3.20, however - you say "at least" so I guess there are others? Well, you did it again. Thank you very much, gentlemen. Citadin |

Nope 3.3.20 is fine - I've written my post like this so it's fine for users reading it in some weeks/months
Thanks for your feedback! Any idea why the auto-update of that extension did not work? -psp-

It looks like my extension updates were turned off.
Safer for many things, but I'll keep it in mind in case I have that kind of surprise again. |
