1. Regarding mp3 downloads and chunks:
I'am telling you this the last time:
We have it forced to 1 because for such small files, you usually do not need multiple chunks - also it is there to prevent people like you from overloading the vk.com servers.
If you need chunkload for mp3 files, grab our plugin source code and change the limit manually ...

2. Regarding the filename inside the URL.

I guess the "#FILENAME..." is hand-made.
Where did you get this url from?
You can eventually use the packagizer to set the correct filename for such a case.
Keep in mind that we will NOT add support for random URL formats made up by fans/users - that does not make sense at all!

Download of MP3 files has been broken for some weeks now because vk.com has added encryption to their API-URLs.
You will have this issue regardless of which settings you chose in our plugin settings

"vkopt" is nothing official.
EDIT
All you do here is to use a workaround and expect us to add code for this - as said, use the packagizer to set the filenames for your workaround-URLs.
