Probably bug (tested 2 times)
one of the multi-package - crawling incorrect path.
There should be one path (as in the picture)
Default download path:
r:\vk photo

My Set Download PATH:
U:\VK Omsk\<jd:packagename>

About the photo links without extension: I just downloaded 1000 photos and was not able to reproduce your problem!
