Default Slow Download

Hi All,

I know this problem has been posted before and claiming that JD and Java does not slow down downloads.

I just tried downloading the same file using IDM and I can hit 5Mbit constantly. Tried using JD and was getting 1xx++kB/s, hardly can hit 5Mbit.

Please advice.

Information missing:
1.Where did you download (which host?)?
2.How many simultan downloads/connections per file are you using?
3.Did you test it with same settings in JD and IDM?
4.Screenshots please^^

Yes, I'm sure it's the number of connections used.
