If someone only posts an url, it is officially a link - if someone posts a large text containing multiple urls, it is a post consisting of texts.
Due to the lack of example, I currently have no easy way to show you the difference via screenshot.

3. Yes, a RegEx (= whitelist) would be possible.

1. Added tolerance for /club urls with rubbish text inside URL.
2. Added RegEx filter for found urls inside wall-posts:

Again - this is NOT any kind of list - this is a RegEx which means you can use it to include AND exclude things.
Default value (= EVERYTHING):

You must crawl posts/pages in order to find the content you want. what psp added was to filter the results so it doesn't return content that you don't match against.
