Question Uploaded speed problems

Is anyone else having uploaded speed problems?

I am using JD2, but it doesn't matter what version I use or if I download from a browser I always get 10~20kb/s while I always got 800~900kb/s speeds.

They also extended one more week to my account, but in the mean time I haven't been able to download a single thing from them.

Anyone else with this problem?

Got logs?

screen shot of package isn't very helpful, maybe of a a file, so that I can see what connection icons are been used.

A java update came out the other day, with updates java can install to a new path, so make sure that your old firewall/antivirus exemptions are still valid.

Fixed mine by changing the Uploaded password and re-inserting the premium host in JD.

Default support for uploaded.net HTTPS links

I use Jdownloader0.9.581

uploaded .net has been blocked by my ISP but my browser supports downloads via modified HTTPS links
The same links, but HTTP changed as HTTPS
But Jdownloader is not recognizing HTTPS links ---It says offline while it is available in browser(FIREFOX).
BTW i have a Premium A/c.

Hello,

I recently bought an Uploaded.to account for 1 month.
I have downloaded less than 100gb in the last few days but the monthly traffic of 500gb is already reached! Do you think someone stole my account?
Meanwhile I changed my password and purchased 100gb of additional traffic.
How can I secure my account in the future?

Thank you.

I think you should consult with the technical support of uploaded .... maybe you should ask for the ip's that access to your account and if you can limit it to just your IP or something similar ...

Similar problem that started yesterday.

Uploaded is flakey in that before I start downloads, it says I can download 510gb today! then as soon as I start it, I get password requests like I'm using a free account. It also says down at the bottom left that no premium traffic is available.

Wierd thing is, if I go into my UO account, it says I have the full 510gb.

Right now it's looking like uploaded changed something in the last hour or two, and now you can't download using jD with premium. Says "Invalid Account" and grays out.

Direct download works fine. Perhaps something with the API?

I'll post a log, but can't right now 'cause I'm at work.

Fixed the problem by deleting the premium account and adding it back in.

Seems to be the solution to every problem with uploaded!

re: quota / instability of premium
uploaded is having loads of problems due to instability within delivery platform. If you have issues about download quota been chewed up I would ask them, the auditing of downloaded content is done via HTTP logs. Some hosters remove the filesize from users quota on each connection you make to the file (oron used todo this), this used to burn up quota quickly even though you haven't downloaded that amount of content. Most do not do this, but this could be brought to the forefront when platforms become unstable... it could exacerbate quota issue, at a educated guess... I would ask for quota back or money back.

@HTTPS
Indians are banned from uploaded by government / ISP filter? they will need to use HTTPs feature within the plugin settings. Update is pending for 0.9.581 so you can either wait for the next round of plugin updates to happen, or you can use it now with JDownloader 2!

-**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
-Download mode (Free)
-Details: Many ISPs in South-East Asia, have silently blocked Uploaded.net, DepositFiles.com, and adf.ly.

You are already aware of this fact:
Quote:
We have requseted the concerned ISPs requesting the reason, but they refused to comply. I thought, we almost lost it. But, later got to see a silverline. If we just replace **External links are only visible to Support Staff**
The problem is NOT exclusive to: Uploaded.net, its also with DepositFiles.com and ADF.LY (God knows, if many more!)

Exmple Links:
"**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**" and "**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**".
"**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**" and "**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**"
"**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**" and "**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**"
"**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**" and "**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**"

What we need is:

1. JD2 Link-grabbed to check whether Uploaded, Depositfiles and adf.ly links are available using **External links are only visible to Support Staff**offline", even if the original input links had http (or https). I mean, implementing a secondary SSL-recheck via the link-grabber (if the file shows offline via HTTP).

2. JD2 should be able to download (and ADFLY redirect) files from these site using SSL (HTTPS), if the files are accessible over SSL. (That's our case).

Further info on Depositfiles, "**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**" is not accessible but "**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**" is accessible via Firefox and all other browsers. But, JD2 can't trace the difference.

This question was more that I wasn't sure which entity was policing the blocking. ISP as in a way to save bandwidth, or a direct action of the government law/policy. Just because maybe someone has said it earlier doesn't make it fact. I am not aware of any articles to prove this either as a press release from ISP/Government, though I haven't gone looking either. Just a pattern of complaints from users (free and premium paid customers) that they can not use uploaded.to any longer. It was just something I assumed was the case.

not really fact, just at this stage a pattern. For it to be fact someone would need to show me, government/ISP press release on this matter.

I have made the adf.ly plugin respect the protocol that you import with as base choice.
If you import with https it will do all requests in https.
If you import with http it wil do all requests in http.

It will now ask if you via dialog, to choose your default protocol choice (so you don't have to remember to copy/import the correct http:https url to clipboard). Once chosen it will save your selection as the default protocol! If the dialog times out or you press cancel it will use the imported protocol, and continue, but doesn't save any default protocol setting.

What it doesn't do; the final exported link commonly isn't presented as https, this seems to be static based on the author/owner of the adf.ly link original link. We can not do much about that within this plugin as it will inadvertently break other plugins. Correction needs to be done within each of the the hoster plugins, as not all
a) hosters plugins URL listen to https
b) hoster plugins support https throughout the plugin
c) provider itself might not even support https

It's not possible to make or enforce https communication within a general JD setting as indicated in a), b) and c). It needs to be done on the individual basis, when programmers design/maintain plugins.

So this is possible within uploaded and depositfiles in the manner psp indicated. There are other hosters that have options like this, you will need to check plugin settings and define your default preferences. Usually settings that enforce https are disabled by default.

take care

The Dept of Telecommunications, Govt. of India. No court order, no petitions, no formal notifications. Complete domain-banning is illegal in India, still DoT has sought to go with its autocratic moves, this is completely against the Court-verdict.

No sir, the case is not so petty, its yet another attempt to crub freedom of communication. Its to be protested, concerned webhosters must be made aware of this. Wikipedia reads:
"

39 websites blocked (June 2013)

In an order dated 13 June 2013, the Department of Telecom (DoT) directed Indian Internet service providers (ISPs) to block 39 websites. The order didn't specify a reason or law under which the websites were blocked. Most are web forums, where Internet users share images and URLs to pornographic files. However, some of the websites are also image and file hosts, mostly used to store and share files that are not pornographic. "

Earlier, this happened to Zedge.net, they won their case and restored their service after a court order in their favour.

Yes sir, got your point. Forcing HTTPS check for all links is really irrational.

If there are other sites which JD also supports, just ask so we can add the https setting whenever possible

When I tried to download large files via ul.to (Premium Account with 400GB Traffic left) jDownloader deactivates my Account and shows Captcha Popup.

I try do download 90GB in 100MB Parts via UL.to and now what happens is that it deactivates the account in the settings and then I have to activate it again

Keeping in Mind that it is 90GB that I download, it may be that jDownloader thinks my Traffic is used.
