The 1080p video file keeps getting "Try restarting this link". The 1080p audio file was downloaded, sort-of. When it got to 100% completion, it too went to "Try restarting this link". But, the full file appears to be there, as a *.m4a.tmp file. There was no problem downloading the JPG image.
I tried restarting the video portion at least 5 times, all failed.
Log creation failed, twice. After the preparing dialog box closed, the dialog box that is supposed to be displayed with the value, never showed up.
UPDATE: Did a restart and got a log entry:

UPDATE #2:
I have the latest software installed. I did a reset of the above video and surprise, it downloaded the video portion. But, when it was done, it again did a "Try restarting this link". Then it did the same for the audio, again doing the "Try restarting this link" after completion of the download. Both files are listed as being 100% downloaded, yet JD2 fails.
