Hello Everyone,

Its been around 1 week now that I am no longer able to download freely with Mega.

I have a PRO1 account with 2 TB left but despite that it still shows 509 Bandwidth error when trying to download files.

Can you please guide me through on how to get this resolved?

I've tried freshing the accounts but the issue still remains.

Please post a DEBUG-log that shows the limit reached issue AND an account check:
1. Open JD and enable debug logs.
2. Download until the "Limit reached" error happens.
3. Go to Settings -> Account Manager -> Rightclick on your MEGA account -> Refresh
-> Repeat this 2-3 times
4. Upload another log and post that new LogID here.

Hi, yesterday I have experienced a similar problem, i.e., the account getting "suspended" all of the sudden while downloading, because it couldn't be checked. In the past days, I'd been using a "Pro" account and didn't have this issue, but yesterday I was using a "business" account and was decompressing simultaneously to the same location where I was downloading, in case some of that different facts might have something to do with the issue.

Basically, downloads started normally and kept like that for a while, till the "509" bandwidth related message showed up; under that circumstance, I opened the "account manager" and as far as I remember, the account status was "suspended/couldn't check". Then, I manually enable/disable it, and it gets checked correctly again. With a set of plenty of files, I have to repeat that process a few times.

I believe the first log is the time frame when most of it happened. So, I leave a second one as well, just in case:

Edit: I added a third log, which differs a little bit from the previous ones. In that case, after downloading some files, there was one which JD2 will refuse to download; after 1 or 2 minutes of a "starting" condition, the bandwidth related message appears. And this time, the account itself never gets disabled/suspended, so enabling/disabling it doesn't make any changes at all.

I was able to download that file with the browser.

Sorry to be a bother, but I'm have the same problem. For about a week now, despite have a premium Mega account with several Tb of bandwidth available, Jdownloader tells me other wise. At first, Jdownloader would query Mega and deny the status of my Mega account. Upon uninstalling/installing Jdownloader, it now says I have a Mega account with bandwidth available but all of my Mega downloads still return the 509 error message.

Hi. I saw the other thread related to this problem and this what it says according to #84273 issue:

"instead of using ranged requests which can result in 'bandwidth limit exceeded'
either request smaller ranges or use smaller download parts"

What do "ranged requests" mean, and where can I find it and adjust in jdownloader settings to become smaller range?

And also, do "smaller download parts" mean to set my download chunks to 1?

Currently your account is set to share up to 100%(srvratio) of your available traffic with other ppl downloading your own files!

"settings to become smaller range" -> not possible -> that's the blocker for current download system because not possible and therefore not easy to solve/workaround

When this happens again, please make sure that debug mode is enabled
enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader
Wait for issue to happen, then rightclick the account and refresh it, wait 5 mins and refresh again and then please 5 more minutes and refresh again and then create the log.
That way we have the traffic values over 10 minutes and can check how they change.

Make sure to disable traffic share in your account settings on mega website
ppl downloading your files will use your own traffic if enabled!

Hi, would you please wait some more time, since it will take me a few hours to replicate the aforementioned error and report it properly?

I can tell you the issue is still there, but is not that easy to trigger.

By the way, regarding the new added reported values, what does it mean the value inside the parenthesis? I mean the "164.00" in this picture:



Besides, a minor fault, it says "radio" instead "ratio" and there is a space missing between the percentage and the parenthesis symbols.

That means that you share up to 100% of your traffic with ppl downloading your files and therefore you have 164GB reserved traffic. You can change that on mega website in your account-traffic settings
The typo will be fixed with next update

Yes, that's as expected, but regarding the "reserved traffic" value, since I posted that picture, I downloaded a "~4.20 GB" file and then all of the sudden, it updated to "564.25 GB". Is that OK? Note I didn't change the transfers settings at all before that value changed neither right now.
