Default How to export list of already downloaded links?

I have a big list of keep2share URLs that I have already downloaded on a machine

Now I have to migrate from that machine and continue download on a brand new machine, but I don't want to import links and have duplicates

I need to keep the history of already-downloaded keep2share URLs on the new machine so that when I import, I only download new ones and avoid duplicates

How could I do this?

Thanks a lot

Hi,
we do not really have a "history" feature.
When you search the forum you will find an EventScripter script for that.

Just regarding migration:
As long as old download paths are available, you can copy and paste the cfg folder you will find in your JD installation directory to the new installation (delete the cfg folder in your new config before, you cannot just merge two configs!)

duplicate handling for lists imports is not yet supported.
You can import the downloadListXX.zip from *different* machine cfg folder and import/dragdrop/load container into the *other* machine to fully import the complete downloadList into existing downloadList

Is it supported now or soon? This feature is very useful to always have a sorted collection and to know that you only download new files? Can you explain the method you described?

I know for me it would be a great option to export the already downloaded list to a file that well may contain just the Title and where it was dled from i.e RG, or any where else I may have dled it from but I really don't care as much about that as much as the titles. I really don't care about the path of where it was or where it was dled to but, that's me. I just would like a list of already dled file names and or versions if I had either put that in manually or not in the names.

For me it is more a matter of looking back over time to see hmmm have I already downloaded that or not instead of having to at times replug in some drives or searching over a various number of drives.

Yes i know there are also tools to catalog drives and folders but ti me it would be better to have a text type file that I could save from JD to that would simply add new dl names etc to an existing file that I can open and search through.

But again thats just me and how I prefer to try to keep organized and not redownload something more than once.

You could do this using an EventScripter script.
Your request is quite specific and I don't see it being implemented officially at any point of time.
