When selecting all packages (Ctrtl+A) the first (top) item on the package list is moved to the end (bottom).
![]() Could you please correct this? Thanks ![]() |

This problem does not occur in the Nightly test version. This means it is fixed in the next major release. Sorry you will have to wait.

I've never observed this in the stable version and I can't reproduce it.
What I have observed however is that when you merge packages with "Move into new Package" in the download pane, the merged package is 1) closed and 2) added to the end of the queue. |

Whether it is added a the end or beginning of the queue depends on the Add at Top setting in LinkGrabber. If Add at Top is ticked, the new package is added to the beginning of the queue.
@ideafix, Would you mind temporarily updating to Nightly and trying to reproduce the problem? If you can reproduce the problem, please attach before and after screen shots to a message. |

I would like the package (where I apply the function) in my selection to stay where it is. Why should it be moved somewhere else or change the package order because I add links to it? When I use drag & drop moves, the target package doesn't move. |

The menu command is to make a new package. The new package is placed where a package would be placed if it were moved from LinkGrabber to Download.
I find it peculiar as well, but if I am merging three packages, which is the "Master" package into which the other two are being merged? When you copy links, it is clear that there is a full package and some links to copy into it. I have suggested that the packages all be merged into the first of the packages, but I doubt that suggestion will be implemented. |

I share your assumptions. That's exactly what I expected when I started using that menu command, but jD does something else. jD is full of surprises.
![]() jD proposes the name of the first package in the merge operation, regardless on which package one right-clicks, but moves the merged package to the end of the queue. I suggest to implement the following logic :- the links are merged into the package where the customer right-clicks for choosing the function. The name that's proposed should also be the right-clicked package and that package stays at its position in the queue. |
