filefox.cc Cannot check Account
EDIT - This seems to be caused by filefox not sending the correct message to JD2. The real issue is you've run out of your download allowance.
Hi, I renewed my filefox.cc membership two days ago, I configured it in JDownloader2 and it worked fine for about four files. After that it would just go into a Wait status, and in the Account Manager it says Cannot check Account. (it does show the correct expiry date, though, so there is some sort of communication with filefox.cc). I did not use anywhere near my download limit, so I don't think it is that kind of problem, also I have gone into the filefox.cc website, checked my account and it all looks ok. I have JDownloader2 installed in two computers, a Win7 desktop and a Win10 laptop, and they both have this problem. My other plugins work fine. Here's the latest log from my laptop: 21.03.19 06.41.00 <--> 23.03.19 07.30.35 jdlog://6513776935451/ Any ideas? Doc Fate Last edited by doctorfate; 08.04.2019 at 22:27. You didn't enable debug mode in advanced settings, so your log only shows this:
Invalid username/password or login captcha!

Please create a debug log. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader. Remove the account and try to add again and then create new log and post logID here

Hi,
I figured out what's going on. Basically, I ran into my download limit, but for some reason filefox is not sending JDownloader2 the correct status. I've done a few tests and I am 99% sure this is what caused the issues. Do you still want me to generate logs next time I run into this status? Thanks, Doc Fate. |

yes, please provide debug logs (see post 3 ), then we can check/update plugin to auto handle this

Thanks for the feedback!
It's a gui issue. Once account runs out of traffic (what has happened in your case) then the account overview will only show temp. error and no longer show other information as type/expiredate/traffic and so on. we will have to change that for better usability

This should already be better with the usage of our new XFS Core (next update) ...
