I've upgraded to a new computer with Norton 360.
since then I have a problem with JD -
I have no problems start and process a download - only after I reconnect the downloads stops after a couple of minutes.

I looked at the JD and firewall logs and the IP changes from 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.3. it seems the firewall decides I have a new connection and aborts it.

I can only resolve this by physically shutting the router (Router D-link 2650) and starting it again.
