[NOT a JD bug] uploaded.net browser captcha - ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
Currently, I get this error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" if JD2 asks me to solve a CAPTCHA for uploaded.net
Is this a temporary problem at uploaded.net? Or is it a cookie problem in my local browser (Google Chrome)? BTW: If I want to see my attached picture, I get this error from your forum software and no picture will be displayed: Quote:

Please try the following: - Disable all browser addons except our myjdownloader addon and try again - Try using another browser e.g. Firefox and check if it works then. You can even do this without setting that other browser as default browser: Click

I tried:
- Disabled all (except MyJDownloader) addons in chrome://extensions/ - with and without Google Chrome restart - tried another browser "MS Edge" as mentioned with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" Unfortunately, the error and unsolvable CAPTCHA remains. If I'm the only one seeing this, it has to be a local problem. |

Please try again with Firefox or Opera as MS Edge is also Chromium based.

Also upgrading to newest Google Chrome Version 104.0.5112.81 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) didn't help.
BUT: Disabling my local Anti-Virus seems to solve the problem. As soon as I disable it, uploaded.net offers CAPTCHA's again. If I re-activate my AV, the error message re-appears. Conclusion: Using AV is OK, as long as they don't go wild. |

Hm okay looks like it's blocking part of the localhost communication and/or some part of their traffic scanner is buggy and leads to that error.
Thanks for finding out. Please let us know if you're able to find the right setting in your AV to fix this. Maybe you can forward this problem to the manufacturer of your AV software.

The strange thing is that only "uploaded.net" is affected, no other OCH that I currently use (like k2s.cc, turbobit.net, ddownload.com, rapidgator.com...) If I can't find a solution, I will contact the support of my AV software (without much hope of a solution) |

@Jiaz: Thanks for your update info. Could you shed some light on this case?

It looks like you have Settings->Plugins->uploaded *Use ssl* enabled. This causes JDownloader to open website with https but uploaded auto downgrades to http and that caused the *too many redirects*. You can either wait for update, then JDownloader will open url with http or temp. disable this option.

Ahh I see.
I would say "Use SSL" is not activated (see attachment). But to be sure, I will wait for the next update and report back. |

@invisibleman78: can you check what happens when you open download url in browser
uploaded.net/file.... with https and http I could not reproduce the issue myself but user report that the error is gone with this open disabled, so I make sure that the URL that is opened does not contain https

If I try to use
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** or **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** the visible, resulting uploaded.net-webpage with the file I want to download remains the same. Both URL show "not secure" in front of the URL, assuming the HTTPS one will be redirected. |

Thanks for the feedback. So the https to http downgrade happens and that's causing the issue. Please wait for plugin update and check again, okay?
