Unexpected rangeheader format:null
Hello,
I have rapidshare premium account. Till last week I was used to download files via Jdownloader (version ???) without problem. Yesterday I downloaded new version of Jdownloader (now updated to 0.9.059). But since I updated it´s impossible to dowload rapidshare files. There is a bugreport "Unexpected rangeheader format:null". Does anyone know how is possible to solve the problem? PS:Yestarday I installed also firewall and antivirus program Spybot - Search & Destroy. The Jdownloader is on trust application list. Sorry I forgot to write that together with Firewall and Spybot I also installed Antivirus Nod32. Last edited by A1+; 23.10.2009 at 19:25. Reason: Forget about Nod32 Antivirus |

The changes were: new JD and Spybot. If you want to test, try:
- Back to old JD only - Old JD and Spybot - New JD only - New JD and Spybot again Then you will find the culprit (hopefully). |

please also post a logfile
and yes , im 100% sure its firewall or spybot, because this error comes when jd wants to load file but gets html page instead

yes
add java.exe and javaw.exe to the exclude list and disable the http/webscanner from imon, because it will crash java randomly if it still does not work, visit supportchat and download teamviewer.com

I'm having the same problem too with megaupload. I tend to do batch downloads and there will always be a few files that stopped with the rangeheader format:null error. It can't be resumed, the only way is to reset it.
I do not have any firewalls, antivirus or anti spyware on my windows 7. I've absolutely no idea what is causing this error. |

I'm getting the same error when trying downloading from storage.to premium...firewall is disabled, no anti-virus installed.
edit: I fixed it by changing max con. & max dowl. to 1. However I cannot resume, only stop and start again...is it normal with storage.to? I used rapid so far, is my first storage account, but it look ridiculous Last edited by banjanti; 28.10.2009 at 21:13. |

storage has buggy servers, i tested and it seems that 1 out of 20 downloads can resume (maybe enabled it on one server and forgot to enable it on all others ) i will disable resume/chunks with next update again (was not enabled since months, just did test and thought they had fixed server issues)

Same problem. It's suddenly appeared in the last update and I'm having problems downloading from rapidshare and storage.to
I've done everything suggested so far, and nothings helping so I doubt it's the servers. It's client side. |

no serverconnection = firewall blocks it
also please give the complete logfile , not only part if it, use the upload button and please reduce max connection number, you are using too many chunks

I'm using the same settings as i use on flashget. And that's 10 connections. http://jdownloader.net:8081/pastebin...downloader.net |

its a firewall issue or hoster problem or antivirus (that still is fine because your flashget has NOTHING to to with java (from your firewalll/antivirus point of view))
so please setup firewall/antitivus correct (please add java.exe and javaw.exe to the exclude list and enable every exclusion), if possible also disable the web/http scanner. These errors you have are known cuased by Kaspersky Nod32, Avast,Eset, Norten and many others. also reducing max connections might help! also 10 chunks is too many, because its enough to download with more than 20 mbyte/s (do you really have such a fast connection) i can easily download at 20-30 mbyte/s with only 1-4 max connections per download

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
clearly a firewall/network/antivirus issue
