[Solved] Restore "Options" section under "Downloads" tab

I somehow lost the "Overview" section under the "Downloads" tab. How do I get it restored?

I guess you mean the "Package properties"?
In case any other user is having the same issues:
Click on the settings icon in the bottom right corner -> Enable "Package or link properties"
