I have entered myjdownloader login in jdownloader and it says connected.
but on my jdownloader website I see no connection and it says to refresh.
when I use a http proxy it works.

do I need to port forward?

No port forward required, but your JDownloader must be able to connect to api.jdownloader.org port 80 and 10101
