Default how to disable automatic renaming of filename characters?

how can I stop jdownloader from changing filenames that have " in there name to _ .
or other characters for that matter?
I run jdownloader on linux and linux ext4 support filename with these characters in the filename.

Hi,
at the moment it is hardcoded to work best for all os. The current solution allows easy multi os/portable support. That means you can start download on linux and continue on windows. It also hightly depends on the filesystem. For example ext4 yes, but imagine someone attaching an external usb drive with ntfs/fat and then not be able to download/resume on it.

thank you for the answer.
I was looking for an option to turn off but id it is as you said that it is hardcoded the it cant be turned off.
and I understand the rationale behind it , specially from my windows days when I migrated to portable applications instead of installed ones.

maybe in the future this will be added as an advanced option for those who know what it is and need it?
