Exclamation [No user feedback] Auto mode and "Force download start"

1. I have a couple accounts on multihosters.
2. I leave the computer 24h on and JD on auto mode.
3. No downloads.
4. I press "force download start" and downloads start.

Can you explain why the auto mode does not "forces" the downloads?

Thanks.

What auto mode are you talking about?
No need to force start, just press start before you leave.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I press start and walk away from the computer for two days.
No downloads. Then when I get back, I select a file, right click and choose "force download" and the download starts!!! Almost every single time. I thought JD would be doing that for us.

When you press start, does that button become grey?
If yes, then try increase max sim dl.
Maybe we need to see the log.

For me, this can only happen if the links are disabled.

something is holding the download slot open, try apply filter on 'running downloads' to see what that is.

Didn't work. It puzzles me why not other people complain on this, maybe they don't notice it?

Maybe it's related to the multihoster provider?

Why doesn't JD "forces download" say, every 15 minutes, while we're away?

Could the developers add that option? It's not that hard.

Thanks a lot.

When we start download, all enabled links will be downloaded one by one (or more), force download is not needed!

Maybe try upload the log, I'll see what's in it.

please post the log from the session without that we are only guessing.
force download would imply standard download issues not multihoster issues as the host typically gets removed from supported array and forcing wont make it magically 'work'
