With some files JD2 give me this error "Skipped - Account is missing" therefore in the account manager my free account begin to blinking. Sometimes clicking "Refresh" solve the problem, sometimes no. The file are all on my own account so there isn't any limitation on downloaded quota. Download by web works.

No indication of account problem, maybe another log will help.

PM sent with some links. I don't understand the problem, maybe an interstitial page that cause a problem. Even if you start multiple download at same time, the first time they starts, but later gives that problem. Try to check\exclude:
* interstitial\confirmation\additional page
* password protected folder\subfolder (but is not required with own credential login)

Feel free to test and try my account for the time that is necessary. Is not urgent!

I don't see free account support in the plugin, somehow first download was as premium, the next downloads were as free non account.

I found a possible issue which happened when the one who uploaded files wants to download them via his own account.
In this case he can download everything no matter how much traffic he has left.
