Default JDownloader 2 and Premium account

Hi,

I have recently renewed my Zevera premium account and initially JD2 was not recognizing my Premium account however, after clearing cache of all my browsers and uninstalling it using Revo uninstaller and reinstalling it, it now recognizes my Premium zevera account however, it shows Fair usage as 504% and wont let me download anything. When I log in to the Zevera Web GUI and check my Fair usage, its listed as 1% which is accurate.

I reached out to zevera support and they have pointed finger at JD support.

I have tried clearing cache on all my browsers and removing and adding my premium account again with no luck.

Please assist.

Thank you.

Browser cookies/cache has nothing to do with JDownloader.
We need username/password to check the account/plugin. Please send them to support@jdownloader.org
