In your JDownloader folder, you should find a JDownloader.jar.backup, rename it back to JDownloader.jar and delete the file Core.jar and the folder tmp, update and log. Start JDownloader again. In case there is no such file, download from https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2, the other section
