hi i was trying to back up the setting from j downlaoder to restore the setting to a another computer but when i bit back up it restarts like it should and were i save the file to i see it for a second then the app restarts and the file i just made dispears why is this happying and how to fix thanks

The file is auto deleted in case the backup failed.
In case this happens again, I would suggest we'll do a teamviewer session so we can check why the backup fails. Contact us via support@jdownloader.org
You can also just create a copy of the complete cfg folder and copy it to different installation
