Corrupted files
Hi, while downloading files, if you use the disable option, on the files you download, even if you resume the download and it is successful, these files come out corrupt. Same thing if the pc crashes. Can you solve the problem? This has been happening for more than 10 months, it didn't happen to me before, even if I update JD2 the problem persists.
Thanks help please. |

Too many links and your JDownloader is limited to 500Mb RAM.
Remove finished/unneeded links from list and/or increase allowed memory. Close JD and open .vmoptions files in your JDownloader. Remove any -Xmx lines and add -Xmx1g line. Please create a screenshot of the about dialog. -psp-

Answer to the technician
hi unfortunately I do not receive the email when you reply.
I changed the command line in the file you told me, but now I have two problems. 1-the easybytez hoster gives me server error 403 2-I cannot backup all the program settings, even if they are old I keep the connection files, I have always done it, without any problem, I do not know why after the last year the updates have ruined my program with these bugs. Send program info screen. I hope for a quick reply. Thanks for your attention. |

1. Regarding easybytez.com:
This issue has nothing todo with your other issue. Please open a separate thread regarding this issue in THIS subforum - do not forget to include a log! I've tested the free-download and login and both seems to work fine. Can you download this test-file fine? easybytez.com/fr2cbblxi5r2 Is your problem related to downloading a single file or regarding login? 2. What exactly do you mean? Settings backup should work just fine.

Answer to the technician
Hi the easybytez problem seems solved, the day before it gave me server error 403, the next day, after increasing the memory the day before, the server went again. So I don't know if only when you change the memory for some time it doesn't work but I don't know now easybytez works.
The other problem was clicking on the button file, backup, backup all settings, which includes the backup of the settings I have for jd2 and all the links already existing, this should generate a file that contains the current settings and the links you have captured. and that it should generate a jd2backup file, which I use to restore jd2 after reinstalling from scratch, the point is that I do the operation to create the backup file, but after doing the operation to create the backup file, I go to see if the file is there, but there is no backup file, I do not know why it does not go, it seems that it does not have enough memory to create a somewhat large ile, but until the beginning of the year I had no problems, even if I had many links to save, I don't understand why? If you can give me a hand, thank you. Thank you. |

Hi,
Please do the following: 1. Enable DEBUG logging. 2. Close JD. 3. Delete the "logs" folder in your JD install dir. 4. Try to create the backup again. Afterwards, put the "logs" folder in a .zip archive and send that to support@jdownloader.org along with the URL to this thread.
