disabled jardiff,disabled proxy(default:direct),no vpn,firewall disabled (also no filtering for javaw.exe,always allowed).kaspersky pure completely disabled.

problem solved for new installed jd2.(sometimes if jardiff disabled,updates completing successfully,why?)

why jd trying to use proxy for updates (default:direct,no proxy?)

I need setting like this: always use direct connection for updates (except VPNs,system wide)

Same problem.
It fails to connect cnd0.appwork.org.
When I try to connect this web address via the explorer, it fails too.

So, it looks like that an update server is down or the update script didn't point to an available server.

my problem solved at the moment. maybe router problem (not mine.its changed by owner-mac changed) also enabled jardiff (for fast update)

I'm also having problems to update. On JD2 start it wants to update, but the update server is kind of not reachable somehow. I use a direct connection.
I get this error message:

For now I'm just skipping the update and continue loading

Wenn du klickst Fehlerdetails, hast du die selbe Connection failed als mir ?

Server seems to be restarted : update success and pinging now from different world areas with success !
