There are tools specially designed to do that, to keep a window on top.
This is very very OS specific and better use OS features (like in linux) or special tools for that

Can create a custom button using event scripter and place it in toolbar.

Some programs have their own built-in functions and you do not need to use other tools.
I understand that I will not find such a function in JD?.:rolleyes:
