Yesterday I was able to download videos from cera.online site but now the link graber work for two seconds or three and he catchs nothing yesterday it was showing procced playlist message but now no can you help me

That website now has cloudflare. Without dedicated plugin support in JDownloader, it is not possible to crawl that site. You will have to add the final video link manually

is there is an other way to do it ? a plug in or something ?

The related ticket has not been closed yet which means it only works because you do not get the aggressive Cloudflare at the moment --> The issue might re-appear.

I will mark this thread as solved but please keep in mind that, if the issue re-appears you'll have to wait for the tickets' feature to get implemented.
