Hey.

Tried without success.
App updated to the latest version - windows 7 PRO.

Sample link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

The clipboard detected the link and from that moment JD tries to do something in a loop, giving a list of information that it is offline - but still tried without success, so the app is overhelmed and freezes sometimes. CPU percentage is high.

I need to somehow stop this, and sometimes I can, if the window is responding of course.

Would be nice to detect the problem without sending logs, as the link correct but there are some errors on the list (as You can see on the screenshot attached) that can tell what is going on.

I was testing this with and/or without VPN active, so I suppose it is not the point. I am using a firewall, but it was disabled and nothing has changed.

As You said, the link can be downloaded without FB account so it is weird that it cant be downloaded by my side giving me a lot of errors on the links list. It looks like it is giving a lot of messave exceptions from thje code or something.. maybe a regexp somewhere..

Can You please lok into it or tell me what I did wrong ?

Works fine for me.
I get one image and one video, both downloadable.

Delete all of those offline links, delete your facebook.com account in JD and try again.

I can't reproduce the problem so I need a logs.
I do not understand the reason you don't want send logs either.

If your report is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having.
If your report is related to a login specific problem with a plugin supported website, enable debug mode before creating logs, see previously linked instructions.

Falls dein Problem ein Problem mit einer Webseite ist, die per Plugin unterstützt wird, stelle bitte zusätzlich Testlinks zur Verfügung, mit denen sich dein Problem nachstellen lässt.
Geht es um einen nicht funktionierenden Account-Login, aktiviere vor dem Erstellen deines Logs den debug Modus (siehe zuvor verlinkte Anleitung).

Another user has reported the same problem and provided logs through which I was able to track down the issue.

The fix has just been released.

Crawling in account mode failed and the fallback handling spit out a bunch of unusable/"offline" links.

Facebook crawler plugin Changes:
- Fixed video crawling when user is logged in
- Greatly reduced the amount of results when crawling fails and fallback is used
