Since a few days ago and the latest update, when JDownloader download it make the "System" process go high CPU usage and make my PC freeze a bit.

And the faster I download, the higher CPU usage. Downloading at about 80-90 MB/s made my System process go to about 60% usage.

For example right, I download at 3-4 MB/s and my system process is at 2-3% (normally less than 1%)

I happens only after the lastest update few days ago (or more like, I only noticed it making my pc freeze since the latest update)
