Angry I can't control for update JD

I have JDownloader 0.9.581 on MacOx 10.5.8 - java 1.6

A few day ago I interrupted an update and now, when I control for possible update, JDownloader tell with esclamation point "Update is already running" (but update nothing).

There is a possible solution?

thank

Gio

Default where is stored the "uploading info"

Thank but don't work.

I lunch jdupdate.jar, It perform task well but when start JDownloader and push update button JD tell "Update is already running" again.

I download JD and intall again (without delete previous version). The installer don't replace all JD container but update some components.

Restart JD, same problem.

Probably I must cancel or modify the file where is registered the incorrect info.

PS: Don't want to lose "file list", host preference, ....

just turn auto updater off, its in settings. once jdupdate.jar has run there are no updates to be had. The internal updater should not prevent the ability to download etc.

Have had this problem for a while.

1."Update" button works with a fresh installation. Stops after I restore from the backup.
or
2.Works with all my stuff if I use the installer I downloaded in the beginning of April 2011. After the update it stops working.

I have this issue with two computers. WinXP SP3 JRE 1.6.21 and 1.7 up 4 (funny, links started to be restored fine with this JRE, did not work with any from 1.6.26 up) and Win7 JRE 1.6.21.

means no new updates, you have the latest updates out. Could also mean there's already update process running in the background. That message shouldn't be of any concern/alarm.

From Raztoki's replies, it seems that there is no cure for this problem, only workaround. Don't know why it appears now, never before. Wait for JD V2 (?).

I does not update. So once in a while a manually setup from fresh and it does the update.

Clearly something happened in the beginning of Apr 2011 with one of the components and it interacts with one of my links.

Update is already running -> you suffer from the bad plugin update -> broke jd internal updater
close jd and start jdupdate.jar

It starts the update process, updates core components, and restarts jdownloader. After that it is in the previous situation.

It is NOT components. If I delete all links (more than 10000, 3 years) update works.
