There is no way for us to help you with that less information.
Also, JDownloader will not "shut down" any Internet connection. Did you let JD perform multiple reconnects in a row? Some routers will freeze then sometimes. Also depending on your router, it might happen that if you download from certain filehosts, JDownloader gets all the bandwidth and for all others in your network, it seems like you're offline. -psp-

Hm your log contains a lot of:
Code:
Network Problems: Read timed out->ERROR_DOWNLOAD_INCOMPLETE I don't see any major issue here. If your network is too slow to work with then JDownloader is running you can also set a speedlimit in JDownloader in the bottom right corner. -psp-

Hi all.Technically this is not solved.Heres more info...Sorry for the delay since I was in the Hospital for a couple days.I feel fine now...
I did some tests the last couple of days as I manually downloaded the same files through FireFox and Chrome browsers all day and no connection loss..Just tonight I tried downloading 2 Youtube videos and loss connection 2 times and as I just as posting this post which makes it 3 times...with JD2.. As noted above with speed limits.I never had to use them before...As the tests today proved that I did not loose connection at full download speed by downloading with the browser . As a note JD2 was working great up until about 3 weeks ago.I'm questioning if it could be one of the updates did something to it..Also ran the antivirus and Malwarebytes programs and everything is clean of viruses .Plus 2 days on the phone with my ISP as we did some adjustments. They dont see anything wrong.I'm not going to have them come over to look at it and find nothing wrong and also charge me for the repair... Also I re updated my NIC card drivers if that was an issue.New wire to the new router/modem and new wire to the ISP plug on wall. Would you recommend to uninstall and reinstall JD2 in case something got corrupt with itself.. I hate to see that I cant use JD2 anymore if I'm having this issues with it...I dont have the time to sit around and baby sit to reboot the modem......I may have to look for another downloading program that works... Very frustrated......Has anybody see my last post.Still waiting for a response. Still having problems loosing my internet connection with this program.Even with the speed limits cut in half speed ....Everything else through the browser downloads works fine online and no connection loss.Even at max speed..
Why all sudden JD2 does not work any more on this computer... Maybe it was in the JD updates that screwed it up....... |

There haven't been any core updates which would have caused this. JD basically hasn't changed in many years so its more likely that its caused by outside interference.
what are your connection settings? what antivirus/firewall software do you use? you mentioned malwarebytes have you tried to eliminate any of this type of software causing the issue by uninstalling and rebooting?, and running further tests.
