Default Problemas cuenta premium send.cm
Hola

Tengo una cuenta premium activa en el hosting send.cm pero no puedo descargar archivos, aparece el siguiente mensaje:

Se alcanzó el límite de descarga o espere hasta que se pueda iniciar la próxima descarga, temporalmente deshabilitado

Pero no he descargado ni un solo archivo.

Agradecería si pudieran ayudarme

can you download without problems via browser?
Did you add your send.cm account to JDownloader before trying to download?

Hola

Gracias por su respuesta. Si, a través del navegador se pueden descargar los archivos sin problema y mi cuenta premium en send.cm la añadí a Jdownloader antes de intentar descargar archivos.

Log-ID a que se refiere? a los datos de la cuenta premium?

I'm sorry but I don't understand your last question.

Yes, logs can contain login credentials but they mostly only contain them if debug mode is enabled before.
You need to enable debug mode though because your problem is login related.
Please provide a log.

- Your log is incomplete.

Please either follow the log upload instructions and post your log-ID here or create a .zip file of your complete "logs" folder and attach that to your next answer.
