if you open the log in notepad++ you can switch the encoding and should fix that type of thing. Other popular text editors allow you todo similar thing also.

It does not support large files txt and very long lines!

Only EmEditor allows to open very large text files and long lines.
Example 50-800 MB (300000000+ character)
raztoki or Jiaz - can help me how to set the encoding of EmEditor 64-bit Professional?

I use EmEditor x64 - because it is the only editor that opens 300 million + character, word, very long lines (Description Russian Text)

I gave notepad++ as an example.

I've never had issue with notepad++ myself. I have opened 600+meg logs before. Its not that fast with those size files I must admit but still works.

Emurasoft Support:

The header

 charset=windows-1251

 means Cyrillic.  You will have to change this to

 charset=UTF-8

 if you want to display the HTML in UTF-8 encodings.
