Most likely blocked by security products due to the installers inclusion of optional adware.
try a installer from jdownloader.org/jdownloader2

Open cmd.exe with admin rights (for example via Taskmanager) and enter

netsh winsock reset
No need to restart computer. It should work now. In case it still does not work, then firewall/av are blocking it.

try the clean installer from
jdownloader.org/jdownloader2

Hello, I've got this problem and I tryed to disable my firewall and my antivirus, I also did this command in the cmd : netsh winsock reset. But it still doesn't work. Please help me

Did you try out the adware free installer?
In case it shows same message, please send us an email to support@jdownloader.org and tell us if you need 32 or 64bit version
