Wink File already exists bug

1st instance
A package has two links. Both are the same file to be downloaded from two different hosters. The first hoster's link starts the countdown, the second hoster's link starts the countdown and is marked as "File already exists". The links need to be reset for the download to be done or better the one link deleted. (Maybe this is an issue only with some hoster's plugins, I cannot express any opinion on that)

2nd instance
After multiple Ctl+A plus Enable, Resume, Force download, some files that have been recently downloaded (their package is still expanded, I try to collapse older downloads asap) become "File already exists" (I know very well that I have downloaded them one or two hours ago and there are not old downloads).

Have you already tried the JD2PRE-BETA?
The issues should be solved there...
