Hi, please help, I have a problem with an archive that I downloaded from Mediafire, this file downloaded well and complete without interruptions, but I can't unzip because I get the following error "failed crc verification (SHA256)", greetings

@Jenny: have you downloaded directly from mediafire or using a multihoster?
have you tried to download the file manually in browser and checked it?
either the file is damaged in first place
or your setup/system has issues (check your memory with memtest86 and your disk with smartdata)
or firewall/av cause issues
or a used multihoster is causing the issue

can you provide example link to such a broken archive, then we can check ourselves

did you download directly from mediafire or did you use a multihoster?
I downloaded directly with a link from mediafire in JD2.

did you try to download the file manually in the browser and check it?
no,because first I want to know if it can be fixed so that I don't lose the download

either the file is corrupted in the first place
or your configuration/system has problems (check your memory with memtest86 and your disk with smartdata)
i used both programs and they didn't detect any error

or the firewall/av causes problems
I don't think so because only this file stayed like this, although I haven't downloaded from mediafire for a long time

can you provide an example link to a broken file, then we can check it ourselves

I don't think that it can be fixed and you must download the file again

Hola, ayuda por favor , tengo un problema con un archivo que descargué de Mediafire, este archivo se descargó bien y completo sin interrupciones, pero no puedo descomprimir porque me sale el siguiente error "failed crc verification (SHA256)", nunca me habia aparecido ese error antes, ni con mediafire ni con otro servidor

@Jenny: for me the verification of sha256 was correct and file was okay (could not test extraction due to missing password)

Hi, the password is: gatonplayseries
And JD2 put the password automatically I later I tested extraction mannually with the password in winrar and the same thing happened again

Please try this time with the password to see if it lets you extract the file, the download appears correct and complete to me, but when extracting it it gives me the error and the file in jdownloader stayed with that error

What error exactly? Can you provide screenshot or a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post logID here
In case download now was okay but extraction fails, then this is a sign that something is not correct with your setup/hardware. are you downloading to local hdd/sdd or network or usb drive?
