Default Hitfile.net multiple captchas

does anyone have the same problem with hitfile? my JD2 attempts to download multiple files from hitfile at a time (I didn't find any setting to change this) and I get asked for a captcha multiple times. Sometimes when I enter a captcha 3-4 times, the download starts, some other times I get blocked from hitfile for 10 hours

Tried setting max downloads to 1 ?
Or setting max downloads per host to 1?

setting max downloads per host to 1 helped with the multiple downloads, but hitfile still asks me for a lot of captchas and I'm sure I'm entering them correctly

Try changing the IP. Can be that you IP got flagged by Google/Recaptcha and therefore nearly all captcha will be "wrong".

If you are ever given the 10 hour wait counter, just reset the link and it will give you the actual 30 minute wait time.

I get the same thing. Having to re-enter captchas many times annoys the like out of me and made me lose my shit and smash something in rage a few times. The captcha problem must be sHitfile's, turboshit's captcha always worked fine for me.

Fixed - as far as I know they never allowed more than 1 simultan download for free users.

To help solving this issue I'm posting a couple more logs for you to see how it's often asking for multiple captchas (sometimes even 5x in a row)

Please post a screenshot of your hitfile plugin settings.
By default this should not happen!

EDIT

According to your log the hitfile servers returned error 500 after each captcha attempt.
I changed the errormessage so that JD shows this but it won't necessarily solve your problems!

Default Captcha with thin vertical lines is defective

There is a problem with one in particular of the captcha's, a newer one with a background of thin vertically oriented lines and characters in easily readable times roman like text. Doesn't matter what you type, it will pass or fail according to its own weird logic.

Captchas that use any other background work properly.

So if you get this defective captcha, hit a letter or two and Enter (which will sometimes still succeed), until a working captcha cycles through.

No idea.
The captchas come from hitfile.
If you find serverside hitfile bugs, better report them to their support.

well this will not help, the problem must be clearly in JD because the hitfile web works flawlessly. Perhaps the wrong captcha is being requested or there is some other problem with the request from JD to hitfile web?

- either I haven't encountered this new captcha yet (but if it's so rare then this would not be the problem this thread is about) or you're having some other problem, because when I download through their web (with firefox ) there are no problems

the hitfile web works flawlessly with a browser, all their captchas work without any problems

now it's telling me "server error 500: Server has server issues and/or user entered wrong captcha". However when I open the link in a browser it works just fine.

Thanks guys, much appreciated!
It seems to work a bit better, although I still sometimes get the "server error 500: Server has server issues and/or user entered wrong captcha" so then I immediately open the same link in a browser and it works alright

I have a feeling the same problem still persists. Somehow when JD makes the requests the server sometimes responds with error 500, but when I try the same link with a browser it always works. There must be some difference in how JD and a browser requests the hitfile server

No maybe it is cookie/user-agent/country(IP) related.

@charonme
Try this: Settings - Captcha - Enable only: "Manual Captcha Solving".

I disabled the other options and only left enabled "Dialog (Window) in JDownloader - Manual Captcha Solving"
before downloading **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

but it didn't help much: 18.08.15 10.36.02to18.08.15 16.48.44 jdlog://9613614739341/

(BTW I disabled JAntiCaptcha a long time ago, it was one of the first things I tried disabling when solving this problem, but I didn't notice these other options at that time)

it's quite possible it's cookie/user-agent/country/IP related, but when I use a browser (eg firerox) with the exact same link it works immediately without any problems

I could try to use wireshark (or a similar software) to capture the requests and compare JD2 with a browser if I knew how to configure wireshark and find those requests

Actually, JAntiCaptcha is OK.

The log shows that you still have ImageTyperzCaptchaSolver, CheapCaptchaSolver and CaptchaAPISolver in the list of solver.

--ID:130TS:1439889942382-8/18/15 11:25:42 AM - [org.jdownloader.captcha.v2.ChallengeResponseController(handle)] -> Solver: [ImageTyperzCaptchaSolver, CheapCaptchaSolver, DialogBasicCaptchaSolver, CaptchaAPISolver]
