Hello,

I have renewed my rapidgator membership, and when I try to download any rapidgator link, I get the message Wait 59s against each link in the Download tab. It looks like a countdown and after 59 seconds it restarts again.

In the Settings/ Account Manager the rapidgator account show the message Session expired | Reason: 404. After I disable and then enable the account, it shows normal message Account is OK: Premium account, but after I try to restart downloads all the above problems start again.

Delete your RG account in JD, then re-add it and try again.

Exact same thing is happening to me. Logs don't seem to help at all. Stuck on 59 seconds waiting every time I use Rapidgator and JD

How do you come to this conclusion?

I was told nothing was found last time. Here is my log

Going round in circles trying to get this resolved. I have done the following

• Added and removed RG
• Checked firewall
• Checked RG account
• Changed API tickbox
• Actually rebuilt my PC today

No one seems to have an answer as to why this is happening? It's very very frustrating.

We've identified the problem and we are working on it.

At this moment, you can do the following:
1. Settings -> Account Manager -> Delete your rapidgator.net account.
2. Re-add your rapidgator.net account.
This will work around the problem until the session expires again.
We're working on an auto-handling.

Awesome. Well I am glad it's not just me. Workaround not working but that's fine if things may be fixed.

@blazingmagnums: Please disable api mode in Settings->Plugins->rapidgator.net and remove/add the account again. In case the plugin fails to download, the file cannot be downloaded due to server maintenance. the api doesn't provide this information and thus results in different error while website mode does but currently plugin cannot handle this, will be fixed with next update

@blazingmagnums: There are no knowwn issues with the plugin. the last round of updates added support for "data center maintenance" handling that seems to be the cause of issues for some users.

My Rapidgator started displaying the "404 session expired - waiting before opening new session" error today. I use Rapidgator/JDownloader2 almost daily.

I initially had mulitple Rapidgator premium accounts listed, and would only keep one enabled. I tied switching between accounts, and one account seemed to work, but had almost no bandwidth remaining. I tried deleting the enabled account and re-entering it, but that did not correct the problem. I then deleted all the accounts and re-entered only the one I wished to use. This seemed to work for a while, but the problem is back and deleting and re-adding the account no longer works.

I normally keep my IP white-listed at Rapidgator. I've tried disabling that with no effect and I re-enabled as that is the state I normally have.

I did perform an update on my JDownloader2 today.

Your IP is reliable stable (not changing every here and then) as different IP might invalidate your session. No VPN/Proxy in use?
