I'm getting Error 403 using Extmatrix premium:

I'd look at the logs myself, but there doesn't seem to be anything to go on.

It would be great if any of you coding wizzards could have a look

Also check if your issue is caused by Cloudflare.

This log is fine - Cloudflare is not the problem.

Please manually verify if you can download the same file via browser.
My guess is that it is broken/down serverside. If that's the case you will have to ask the extmatrix.com support to fix it.

Same issue :-( Then I guess they blocked my IP for some reason.

I already contacted them but you were quicker ;-) Unfortunately I didn't think of using a browser to test the download - it goes to show how essential JDownloader has become :-D
Oddly enough I can login via JDownloader and the browser. Well, let's see what they say.

Logging in and downloading are two different tasks.
The issue is clearly on their side so please contact their support.

If you want you can keep us updated here - it may be helpful for other users having similar issues.

An update in case anyone runs into the same issue:
my IP got banned, Jdownloader wasn't at fault at all :-)

Use is limited to IP ranges from ISPs for end customers, i.e. no datacenter servers.

Have you tried adding extmatrix with their ip-addresse(s) in your local-host file?

I used that host for years and occasionally had issues where I had to add their ip-address to their specific servers (185.222.220.2 s37.extmatrix dot com, 78.47.2.202 s32.extmatrix dot com), etc.
