I have always been getting the follwing button:



No issues for ages with that but recently when I click on it nothing is happening. I'm running Firefox and NoScript. I went through JD's settings and noticed I'm not having a mixdrop plugin.


Edit: It seems to be an issue with NoScript. When it is turned off for the tab it works.

You've already found our browser captcha help article.
If you'd have gone through the troubleshooting part of it, you'd have solved that problem earlier as it says (quote):

Excluding 3rd party browser-addon related issues
No matter which issue with browser captchas you are having:
First disable all of your installed browser addons except our myjdownloader addon and check again!
Sometimes other browser addons can cause issues with browser captchas as they can intervene with our addon at any time and prohibit it from working correctly.
