Small bug with download list refresh
The download speed and progress are all refreshed once a second ... until you rename a file.
Then the list goes crazy at refreshed x times per second until you stop renaming. Here is a gif showing it. https://i.imgur.com/HsPa6gY.gif

But your ticket title is wrong. the refresh rate is not super small but super high.
