Add custom news servers problem (usenet)
Hello, I have a private Usenet provider. I'm trying to add it to JDownloader, but I can't see the field to add the host information. Can you assist me with this?

Does the same Usenet account work in other Usenet clients?
According to your logs, the Usenet files you are trying to download are offline [or your account is invalid]. Please send the following information to me via PN: - Your Usenet login credentials - The .nzb file(s) you are trying to download

That doesn't answer my question.
Does the same Usenet account work in other Usenet clients?

There is definitely no problem with my account, many users like me cannot download nzb via jdownloader. I have sent the information, you can also check it yourself. Also, I am using a script that runs jdownloader through a telegram bot. Other users are also experiencing the same issue as me.

That still doesn't answer my question:
What happens when you take that same account and use it in another Usenet client - does it work then?

Using your credentials in a non-headless JD, I was able to download most of those files without a problem.
I also noticed that the service you are using is "usenet.farm". We got a native plugin for that so try this: 1. Remove or disable the previously added "genericusenet" entry. 2. Add your usenet.farm account via "Login-url". 3. Try again and provide feedback. If that doesn't work, please post another debug-log send me your usenet.farm login credentials via PN. First test this inside a "normal" JD instance with GUI, then headless.

We are partially talking past each other:
One problem is the "genericusenet" not working for you: Please put this aside for now. The other thing is that if you'd be using our "usenet.farm" plugin [fi it is working] you do not need to use the "genericusenet" way. Also, no, you did not send me your usenet.farm login-credentials, only the Usenet.farm Client-Login-Credentials. They can't be used to login here: usenet.farm/members.html Also I didn't say that you should abandon your headless JD instance - I just said that you should use a JDownloader instance with GUI to do the tests which I wanted you to do.

@ibere: JDownloader doesn't yet support PAR file fixing/restoration and therefore checks all segments/messages from NZB and log shows that one part of the file was missing

About "usenet.farm" plugin, plugin support means you only have to select hoster/site and enter logins and plugin does all the rest like server selectio. In case this plugin doesn't work, we can look into it but need the logins for website send to support@jdownloader.org

* to add to Jiaz' post:
I can download some megabytes of the main file, then the download stops. Definitely this is not a JDownloader issue. Screenshot:

Some usenet server will try to load/fetch missing segments, so it might work on another retry. And other usenet servers still might have a copy of that segment, so do work fine with usenet A but may fail with usenet B.
