Default [Not a JD bug] Real-Debrid and LinkSnappy no longer initiating downloads.

Hello there,

I've recently been unable to download files utilising my real-debrid and linksnappy accounts, with the file showing as "starting" but never connecting, though JDownloader works great from other sites - YouTube and iPlayer download without issue.

I did have an update which failed to intall, but I have since installed a fresh copy of JDownloader but the problem persists.

Any info on how I might correct this would be greatly appreciated. The log ID is jdlog://2494411370661/

Many thanks.

Linksnappy:
The download attempt is running into a timeout:
Quote:
dlserv45.linksnappy.com/files/...
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
Real-debrid:
The same:
Quote:
23-4.download.real-debrid.com/d/...
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
Make sure that nothing is blocking those requests.

Check your firewall/AV settings and whitelist/exclude JDownloader

Thank you for the replies and your direction.

Turns out it was a modem issue, possibly an update from the ISP which caused a conflict, who knows. A hard reset of the router and reboot and we're up and running again.

Really, really appreciate your help. Honestly wouldn't have considered touching the router without the suggestion that something was blocking the requests... everything else was working fine. Should know to try the simple things first.

Once again, thank you.
