Whenever I try to download anything using my AllDebrid account, I get a "No Internet Connection" error, no matter the hoster.

AllDebrid does not offer support for jdownloader so I'm hoping someome here would be able to assist me. Because at the moment I cannot download anything. Thanks in advance!

Try with JD2 (beta).

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I tried installing JD2 before I installed the original version (and subsequently updated to Nightly) but the installation kept failing about a quarter of the way through the webinstaller process with the following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException

I then installed the regular version, which installed without a hitch. However this did not fix my problem.

Any other suggestions would be most welcome.

UPDATE:

I just tried installing JD2 again and got the same error.
