Default turbobit.net free support

I want to download a series of files from a Web site that requires a login and password to access the files. JDownloader downloads the files just fine, however it asks me to enter the User ID and Password for Basic Auth for every single file.

Is there any way to get JDownloader to remember the password ?

Cool

In order to set a password on several files at a time, right-click on a package in the Download pane and select "Set Download Password".

1.) add links like **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**........
2.) add the user/pass in config to HTAccess list
3.) select all files and rightclick set downloadpw (user:pass)

I am having a problem adding the site/user/pass to the HTAccess list. I am using JD version 0.8.821 (Pinky_2). Windows XP SP3 (up to date).

If there is more than one line on the HTAccess list configuration page, all lines are concatenated with no separation between the password of one line and the sitename of the next line.

I tried adding (without quotes) " %%%% %%%% " as a separate line, but this is now thrown away (it was not before Pinky).

Even when I have only one line in the HTAccess list, it still doesn't work.

Uploading.com was working great and then stopped. I wonder if I hit a limit, but it might be that I need to include my Username/password as a registered, but non-paying user. Similarly, Turbobit.net just keeps asking to Captcha and then wait over and over.

I will try the user:pass in Set Download Password.

If this is in the wrong place, please let me know where to ask.

added bugtracker entry for better httpaccess table
http://svn.jdownloader.org/issues/show/640
when this is done, it will also fix your problem

Turbobit.net has no account support yet and if plugin does not work, pls open a new bugreport with logfile and example links

UploadingCom: pls open bugreport with example link and logfile and pm me your free account you are using

httpaccess are only used for direct http download

all other accounts must be added in premium settings

Do you mean HTTP 401 basic authorization?

The problem is that many sites have 3 kinds of user now. Unregistered (no account or password) are very slow. Registered are limited. Premium (paid) are fast and support multiple connections and/or reconnects.

Are you saying to try putting the registration ID and password into the Premium password page?

It won't let me do that for turbobit.net. Apparently, most of the host plugins are not programmed to support login, and JD doesn't allow checking the Premium box for these.

In turbobit.net, the login is the form on the page **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**.

@drbits
turbobit is a Hoster.
We support this hoster so we can also add (premium) account support but for this we need login data.
If you send me your login data i can try to implement login for turbobit.
Added your suggestion to the bugtracker!

Turbobit free account support is declined by me as it doesn't give you any advantages such as more speed/no captcha or so.
If you want premium support for turbobit and you have a premium account, pls send me your login data via PM so i can add premium support!
