Set Default Variant
i wanna ask if is it possible to set a default variant that each time i copy a link it take a specify quality for example 480p

sure,
plugin settings-> youtube disable the "Add best video checkbox" and choose the 480p variants as "Extra Variants"

or you can keep best enabled and uncheck all checkboxes above 480 under standard 'allow media types' section
